Currently, we are seeking a Consumer/Sensory Study Manager
for our Neenah, WI location.
Summary:
Kimberly-Clark currently has a position open for a Consumer/Sensory
Study Manager for our Innovation Testing team. Innovation
Testing has expertise in the areas of clinical, consumer,
and sensory research and is a partner with the Product &
Technology Development community. By taking a comprehensive
approach, we provide the research community with extensive
opportunities for understanding product performance and
how consumers interact with our products. We provide our
internal partners a comprehensive testing resource from
the initial study design to the final analysis.
Responsibilities:
As part of a team of professional researchers you will:
- Provide consumer and sensory testing
expertise to Kimberly-Clark's Family Care division.
- Develop appropriate research designs,
and plan and execute product research studies.
- Manage multiple projects for on-time
completion and high quality results.
- Attend and support consumer testing
field data collection (study placement, focus groups,
in-depth interviews, etc.)
- Lead global and domestic sensory testing
initiatives.
- Work closely with our statisticians
to ensure appropriate study design and data collection
methods.
- Add value as testing lead on research
projects, organizing/attending project meetings, and demonstrating
knowledge of the strategic direction of the business.
Basic Qualifications:
- Requires a minimum of a Bachelor's
degree plus 4 years' relevant research experience; alternatively,
less experience is acceptable with an advanced degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- An advanced degree in Sensory Science,
Psychology, Sociology, or another related Social Science
oriented curriculum which may have application to consumer
research is preferred.
- Practical work experience in a research
function is preferred.
- Experience in product performance testing
or sensory testing a plus.
